These workshops are suitable for all levels, as there will be elements to take away for every degree of experience, and Catherine can tailor her instruction to suit your ability.
These will all take place at Micklems Creative Studios in Berkshire. A wonderful airy studio in a converted barn surrounded by glorious gardens. Artists have a picnic lunch on the lawns, or in the sunny conservatory, and it is always a very enjoyable day.
Online tutorials
These are now all online at the above web address.
These tutorials are aimed at demystifying oil painting, breaking it down into a systematic, step-by-step approach that’s akin to paint-by-numbers simplicity. With clear instructions and easy-to-follow lessons, anyone can effortlessly recreate their own original version of a their chosen subject matter. I’ve even included a transferable outline to bypass the tricky drawing phase, allowing you to dive straight into painting.
Private Tuition
Catherine also does one to one tuition in her sunny studio in Shurlock Row. Tuition is £45/hour, please contact her to arrange times.
